Introduction GOGAM Construction Company Limited is a dynamic Tanzanian construction firm established in 2012 under all legal and regulations governs the construction Industry in Tanzania. The Company has built a solid reputation for job excellence, drawing on an affluent performance and enthusiastic of quality, stability and innovative leadership in the construction industry. Today, we are one of the fastest expanding company in building works and civil engineering contractors in the country, employing different people in various aspects of construction activities, and obediently conform to ISO specification with the certificationof relevant authorities like TBS.   GOGAM Construction Company is led by Godfrey G. Munishi who holds the position of Managing director. The Managing director has a representative from each functional area which report directly to him and serve as members of the Management Committee. Each functional area is lead by an individual Manager, with the exception of Tendering/Estimating and Operations for which one Manager leads both functional areas within their assigned location. This allows for greater synergy between these two functional areas. The Managing director is responsible for the overall management of the company in consultation with other directors. The company has a wide range of sound, technical and competence staff ranging from engineers to artisans, including the three directors, who are managing the firm   The main objective of the company apart from being in business is to provide its clients with the possible best services. Our dedicated qualified and experienced team of engineers, quantity surveyor, technicians, artisans, and sale persons are working closely to bring new products to customer’s solution and services to assist on minimizing their business expenses so as to increase their productivity and become competitive. Our commitment to innovation is exemplified by our extensive network of sophisticated plants employing the latest technologies, managed by our PET department. Our office is computerized with powerful Card programs like AutoCAD, Arch CAD and is being administered by a well knowledgeable secretary. We also use Project Manager (Microsoft project) in monitoring our projects.
